冷库类型

一、1.按温度区分：

A：高温冷库（±5℃）适合果品蔬菜类保鲜。

B：中温库冷库（-10～-5℃）适合冻结后的食品冷藏。

C：低温冷库（-20～-10℃）适合冻结后的水产，禽肉类食品冷藏。

D：冻结冷库（-23℃以下）适合鲜品冷藏的快速冻结。

2.按容积区分：

A：小型冷库：﹤500立方3

B:中型冷库：500-1000立方

C：大型冷库：﹥1000立方33

二、冷库的结构及主要设备

1：保温材料及防潮层

A：库板：预生产的，具有固定的长度、宽度和厚度，可根据库体安装的需要选择。高、中

温冷库一般选用100mm板块，低温冷库及冻结库一般选用120mm.150mm.200mm聚胺脂发泡板。

B:聚氨脂喷涂发泡材料：直接喷涂仓库中，形成不吸水，隔热性较好但成本较高。

C:聚苯脂喷涂发泡材料：聚苯双面彩钢板，较聚氨脂板吸水性强，隔热性较差，但成本较低

D:由于隔热材料受潮后，隔热性能降低。因此应在隔热板两面加防潮层。
