The OmniSeal range features a proven disc shaft and
seat arrangement for use in general process
applications.

• The field replaceable seat fully isolates
the body and shaft from the media.
• A moulded-in O-ring provides flange
sealing and eliminates the need for
flange gaskets.
• Wafer or full lugged versions. Body
design acc ISO 5752 series 20 (DIN
3202 K1).
• Actuator flange acc. ISO 5211.
• Thin disc stem for excellent flow
characteristics and bi-directional shut off.
• Dry shaft design.
• Body locating holes for proper
installation and centering of the valve
between flanges.
• Tapped body lugs are provided for
mounting on or between DIN or ANSI
drilled flanges, or flanged at one side
only for end of line service.

waste water applications, slurry

a bubble tight shut-off performance
is required. It has smooth flow
characteristics, abrasion, erosion
and corrosion resistance and a crevice
free contour.
