PLW型气液分离器

制冷循环系统中,当制冷剂回到压缩机前必须完全气化。因此在制冷剂进入压缩机前必须将气态和液态分离,让气态制冷剂进入压缩机,才不会让压缩机导致液击,液态制冷剂在器体内慢慢蒸发,待蒸发后才会进入压缩机。在蒸发器与压缩机之间的吸气管路上安装一台气液分离器,使得气态和液态的完全分离,保证压缩机不受液击。

从蒸发器来的气态并非完全是气态,通过气液分离器的“膨化作用”之后,气态从出气管回到压缩机,系统中残存的冷冻油沉积在气液分离器底部,为了使残存系统中冷冻油回到压缩机,在气液分离器中的回气管底部设有回油孔,油位满到回油孔时会随气态制冷剂一起回到压缩机中。有了气液分离器的保护,压缩机的寿命才会更持久,系统循环才会更正常。

PLW Suction Line Accumulators

In refrigerationcirculatory system, it must be gasified before the refrigerant return to thecompressor. So before the refrigerant enter into the compressor, the gas andliquid must be separated, let the gas refrigerant enter into the compressor,and the compressor won’t be caused liquid beat. The liquid refrigerant will beevaporated slowly in the engine body, after evaporated it can be enter into thecompressor. Between the evaporator and the suction gas tube of the compressor,installed a suction line accumulator, then the gas and liquid can separatedcompletely, make sure that the compressor won’t be liquid beat.

The gas from theevaporator is not compeletely gas, after pass a expansion effection of thesuction line accumulator, the gas will return to compress from the gas outlettube. The residual refrigeration oil in the system will gathered at the bottomof the suction line accumulator, in order to let the residual refrigeration oilin the system, return to the compressor, at the bottom of the return air tubein the suction line accumulator, there is a return oil hole, when the oil levelis full,and reach to the return oil hole,it will come back to the compressor,together with the gas refrigerant. Because of the suction line accumulator’sprotection, the compressor can use longer, and the system circulation can bemore normally.
